Self Remote Monitoring

You can monitor your cameras yourself with PCs, lap-tops, PDAs and mobile phones as opposed to using a dedicated CCTV monitoring Service . During installation we install free viewing software (client applications) onto your PCs, lap-tops and mobiles and configure them so you can view live video.

The viewing software is supported by Microsoft Windows PCs. You will need to check that your mobile is compatible by looking at SerVision's supported accessories list. Simply put, most Windows Mobile, iPhone and Symbian S60 (Nokia, Sony Ericsson) internet browsing phones are compatible. Ideally please check with us first before buying a new mobile phone.   

To view your cameras on your PC or laptop you will need to be connected to the internet. To ensure that you don't incur additional charges it is prudent to check with your cellular network provider that you have internet browsing included in your contract before viewing your cameras on your mobile.
